Working with large color swatches, the designer and client will determine best choices for the interior space based on clients needs, taste and decor. _________________________________________ Floor Plans $75/drawing, per room   _________________________________________ Home Staging for Real Estate Sales consultation required _________________________________________ Quotations After follow-up presentation, price quotations will be submitted to the client, via e-mail, fax or mail, for the project(s) agreed upon.   _________________________________________   Terms Once quotation is accepted, 50% is due upon placing custom orders. Balance is due upon completion or delivery.           ________________________
